Purpose of the Role
- Execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of merchandisers
- Drive in-store execution and merchandising excellence
- Build strong customer relationships and engagement with regional stores, local vendors and distributors
- Champion safety and compliance across your area
- Use data and insights to influence outcomes and drive performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–3 years' experience in a field sales/retail role, ideally in FMCG
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees including management
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- A passion for people, performance and continuous improvement
