Key Role Information

As a flexible and independent merchandiser, you will be working with leading brands to create visually appealing product displays that drive sales.

This role requires no prior experience, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to commit to at least 3-4 days per week, including Wednesdays and Thursdays, and must reside in or around Cairns, Earlville, Mununda, or surrounding areas. A valid driver's license and reliable car are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Create eye-catching product displays for leading brands
  • Talk to store teams about promotions for big brand names
  • Use StoreTrack app to upload task reports, photos, and send quick updates

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.79 plus $0.98 per kilometer, along with superannuation. You will also receive ongoing training, recognition, and career opportunities within our organization. Our employees enjoy flexible hours and tasks scheduled 5-7 days in advance, allowing them to balance work with family life or other commitments.
