About The Role And About You

Join our passionate Immunisation team as an Immunisation Nurse. In this dynamic role, you'll work within a team that provides immunisation across the life-span under Secretary Approval set by the Department of Health Victoria. Candidates will:

  • Provide a safe, efficient and effective immunisation service to all children living or being educated in the municipality.
  • Your expertise will help shape safe, nurturing, and culturally responsive immunisation service delivery.
  • Ideally candidates will have a minimum two years-experience as a nurse immuniser and possess strong communication and organisational skills and have experience working with diverse communities.

Please ensure you address the key selection criteria outlined in the position description as part of your application.

You may be required to undertake practical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functional capacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.

The successful candidate will be asked to produce a clear Working with Children Check, current valid Victorian Drivers Licence and will be asked to consent to a national police check (and where relevant an 'international criminal history check'), subject to the operation of spent conviction laws.
