Your Responsibilities

This role is responsible for:

  • Leading a partnering team with a growth mindset
  • Building partnerships with senior leadership teams to drive strategic workforce planning and leadership development
  • Reporting directly into the Director, People and Culture

You will be part of a dynamic People and Culture team with access to contemporary tools and a shared appetite to do things differently. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive the evolution of strategic business partnership at Federation.
