We are seeking an experienced HR practitioner to join our team as a part-time People and Culture Business Partner.
The role involves providing strategic HR guidance and business partnering support, managing complex employee relations matters, driving organisational change and workforce planning initiatives, promoting a positive workplace culture through engagement and wellbeing initiatives, supporting policy development, compliance, and capability building, leading workplace investigations, and supporting with change management across portfolios.
- As a key member of our P&C team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational HR support.

About You:
- An experienced HR practitioner with a strong generalist background.
