F&B Manager with an interest in Functions and Events

Located in Piara Waters, CY O'Connor Precinct is home to five unique venues including a bustling pub, a cocktail bar, and a steakhouse. We're on the search for exceptional F&B Supervisors and Managers with a passion for cocktails and an interest in Functions and Events to join our team and oversee our beautiful seasonal venue Tilly's Garden.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in functions and events for a busy venue
- Extraordinary bar skills and a love for making amazing beverages
- Valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA and Food Handlers certificate
- Amazing customer service skills, charisma and an energetic attitude
- Experience supervising and training other F&B attendants

Responsibilities- Oversee F&B operations for a busy venue with a focus on functions and events
- Lead, supervise and train F&B attendants
- Deliver exceptional customer service and beverage service
- Valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card
- RSA and Food Handlers certificates
- Experience in functions and events for a busy venue
- Strong customer service skills, charisma and an energetic attitude
