Responsibilities
  • 2-3 years marketing experience with proven end-to-end campaign management experience (B2B experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Highly autonomous and proactive, comfortable working independently in Brisbane while aligning with a Sydney-based manager to execute key initiatives.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail—you thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to delivery.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences and buyer journey stages.
  • Broad marketing expertise, including ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of online content management, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and website maintenance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in marketing automation and Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
