Base pay range

A$110,000.00/yr - A$115,000.00/yr

ABOUT THE COMPANY

This Brisbane-based tech and consulting firm is growing steadily, with a close-knit team of around 25 people and a strong presence across Australia and Southeast Asia. They deliver smart, practical solutions across cloud services, consulting and managed services, and are known for building trusted, long-term client relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, well-rounded marketing generalist who enjoys variety and wants true ownership of their work. You'll work closely with the CEO, CFO and Sales team to shape and deliver brand strategy, campaigns and marketing initiatives across a growing business that's entering its next chapter.

You'll have a strong voice at the table and the freedom to bring your ideas to life - while staying hands-on enough to keep things moving. From contributing to a major website rebuild and supporting a CRM migration, to leading events, crafting content and tracking performance, you'll be across the projects that matter most.

While you'll take ownership, you'll be supported by a part-time intern and a network of external partners to help bring it all to life. If you thrive in a nimble, collaborative environment where your work is seen and valued, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact.

DUTIES

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content and events
• Own and evolve the brand, ensuring consistency across all regions and channels
• Lead the planning, coordination and presence at major industry events and trade shows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-impact marketing assets
• Support the upcoming CRM migration and website rebuild as a key stakeholder
• Measure and report on marketing ROI and performance across the group
• Manage collateral and support sales with proposals and presentations
• Represent the brand confidently at events and client-facing initiatives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You're a curious, commercially minded marketing generalist who loves variety and thrives on ownership. You know how to turn ideas into action - whether that's building out a campaign, coordinating an event, or refining a brand message. You're not looking to be a cog in the machine, you want to be close to the business, trusted to lead, and excited by the chance to make a visible impact across a growing company.

• Solid experience in marketing roles where you've owned both strategy and execution - ideally in a B2B or consulting environment
• Confident communicator who's comfortable working with senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to track marketing performance and link activity to business outcomes
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills - able to create clear, compelling content for exec-level use
• Experience managing external suppliers and coordinating creative, content or digital projects
• Ideally, exposure to CRM or website-related projects
• Bonus: Experience launching products or services, or working on audience segmentation and targeting
• You take ownership, work proactively, and enjoy seeing things through from idea to delivery
