Synopsis

Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Coordinator will oversee and optimise office management and corporate administrative support across all departments and office locations, ensuring that our workplace environment fosters productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Synopsis

Reporting to the Executive Officer, the Corporate Services Coordinator will oversee and optimise office management and corporate administrative support across all departments and office locations, ensuring that our workplace environment fosters productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily office operations
  • Manage and optimise office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities
  • Supervise and evaluate services delivered by external contractors related to office facilities
  • Develop and implement systems to monitor and ensure that required cleaning and maintenance tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) are completed as scheduled.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to various departments as required.
  • Implementing and maintaining systems and processes that streamline office operations and enhance productivity.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative matters.
  • Assist with event management activities for all office sites, including social club events, All Staff Meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with business areas to support individual staff engagement activities, providing logistical and administrative assistance as directed.
  • Manage logistics for internal and external events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key Competencies
  • Administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and passion for delivering work to a high standard.
  • Good organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Proven team-oriented approach to work, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and co-ordinate information flows within the team and with other business areas.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience using databases and online systems.

Conditions

This role will be offered on a permanent, part time basis across three days – totalling between 15-20 hours as negotiated with the successful incumbent.
