About the role

We are a leading provider of Retirement Living and Affordable Housing solutions, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Affordable Housing to join our team and manage our Affordable Housing portfolio.This role will ensure the effective operation of the non-staffed Affordable Housing properties.

As the Manager – Affordable Housing, you will be responsible for promoting and applying a positive consistent approach to the daily operational management of the following resident/client enquires and issues; admission/discharge, care and environment, complaints, dispute resolution, incident/accident reporting, resident committee functions, parish, and community special projects.

About you

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Affordable Housing communities, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, residents and community organisations. You will have excellent customer service; responding to resident and family enquiries and complaints ensuring the properties are well presented and meet safety and security standards.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in Affordable Housing, Social work, or Healthcare sector.
  • Ability to lead and manage the operations of multiple Affordable Housing communities.
  • Experience developing and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive change.
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
