Casual Customer Service Officer (Monash Sport – Clayton) at Monash University
Location: Clayton
Employment Type: Casual
Duration: 16 week appointment
Remuneration: $43.51 per hour, HEW Level 03 Casual loaded rate

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Monash Sport customers and members across a wide range of service desk offerings and functions, including membership sales and renewals, Point of Sales transactions, casual court hire bookings, and learn-to-swim enrolments.
  • Develop, communicate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, members and customers at various levels, providing advice to students, staff and other stakeholders in areas of administrative and service responsibility.
Qualifications
  • Completed Year 12 or relevant certificate, with relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
