About the Opportunity
As our business expands, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Project Manager to join our Media & Signage team based at our head office in Hendra.
As a Project Manager your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage projects from start to finish as well as any associated variations to the project.
- Ensure all variations, EOTs, progress claims and invoices are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and consistently with the contractual documents.
- Manage the installation team and ensure system compliance in terms of safety obligations / processes and completion photos.
- Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of projects you manage.
- Ensure weekly WIP reporting is issued to customers for projects.
- Ensure accurate project invoicing / completion forecasting.
About You
- Minimum 5 years signage industry experience
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities and your time effectively
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Diploma in Frontline Management or Project Management is desirable
- Construction blue card or a white card is desirable
