About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and emotionally intelligent Enrollment Director to drive student enrollment efforts, ensuring prospective families receive compelling, personalized engagement throughout the admissions process. This role is vital to increasing enrollment and sustaining the school's growth, offering a high-impact opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admissions & Sales: Primary focus on converting prospective families into enrolled students.
  • Engagement & Follow-Through: Manage and engage tour leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Strategic Marketing: Collaborate on messaging, outreach, and initiatives to enhance brand presence and enrollment conversion.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to define best practices and enrollment strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance enrollment efforts, from marketing adjustments to facility improvements.
