    Based in Dandenong, our client is a large organisation in the industrial and manufacturing sector of lifestyle products. Known for their high-quality products, they have a broad customer base and a strong presence in the market. As a result of growth, they are recruiting a Marketing Campaign Lead to collaborate with the internal team and marketing agency to deliver marketing strategies.

    Job Description
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
    • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • Manage and oversee the marketing budget
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
    • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and partners
    • Mentor a team of marketing professionals
    • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry and company guidelines

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Marketing Campaign Lead Should Have
    • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
    • Ideally marketing agency experience.
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data
