Reception / Concierge

As a Receptionist / Concierge you will be required to work Part-Time in our Wollongong Office, during the operating hours of Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, 3 days per week. You will need to provide consistent superior client service and provide high quality support and assistance to Financial Advisers and the support teams in delivering client outcomes.

You will be a key member of the PSK Advice team and are expected to work with the broader office in achieving the outcomes of the company.

Your work day will compose of the following tasks & responsibilities, such as;

• Being the face of the business, providing a warm and welcome reception to all clients and visitors.
• Having the ability to provide consistent superior client service.
• Being able to provide high quality support and assistance to Advisers and Support Teams.
• Managing administrative functions by prioritising the daily workload and adhering to business workflow protocols.
• Having strong communications skills – support incoming calls, be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
• Make outbound calls to book all client appointments ensuring we meet our compliance obligations and commitment to client service agreements.
• Having the confidence and initiative to raise difficult or sensitive issues and seek resolution in a professional and collaborative manner.
• Supporting office events and contribute to the overall running of the office.

If this sounds like you, we prefer you to;

• Have the ability to use Microsoft Office software.
• Have 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
