Employment Type: Casual
Pay Rate: $31.46 – $60.30 per hour + Super (Based on experience)
Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker with a passion for mental health and complex behaviour care?

About the RoleYou'll be supporting participants in their homes, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
Your responsibilities may include:
Daily living assistance and personal care
Medication support
Bowel care and PEG feeding
Transport to appointments and community activities
Goal-setting and inclusion-focused care
Who We're Looking ForWe want passionate people who thrive in dynamic environments and truly care about making a difference.
Ideally, you will have:
1+ years' experience with complex behaviours & mental health
Certificate III/IV in Disability, or Individual Support
Training in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support), trauma-informed care & restrictive practices
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Confidence in de-escalation and communication strategies
