Our Student Marketeers are the face of the RedBull brand and are our product ambassadors both on & off campus. The role focuses on three main areas: approaching consumers to promote positive product trial and awareness, supporting sales teams through drives and merchandising, and working at RedBull events to ensure memorable consumer experiences. They serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, gathering consumer insights to inform the broader business.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities include:

  • Representing the brand with professionalism and embodying its personality traits and values in daily interactions.
  • Growing the user base by encouraging product trial and awareness through sampling and engaging students.
  • Building relationships with local sales managers to enhance product availability and visibility on and around campus.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage RedBull assets to stay top of mind.
  • Ensuring attention to detail in execution, sharing ideas, and providing local insights and trends to the wider team.

  • Approachable, personable, and skilled at building relationships.
  • Enjoys a balanced student lifestyle—working hard and playing hard.
  • Flexible to manage part-time work alongside studies, with availability in evenings and weekends.
  • Passionate about the RedBull brand and product.
  • Eager to learn skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in teams.
  • Valid full driver's license.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

  • Travel requirement: 0-10%.
