Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company with professionalism and embody its personality traits and values in daily interactions.
- Foster a strong brand presence by encouraging product trial and awareness through sampling and engaging students.
- Build relationships with sales teams to enhance product availability and visibility on campus.
- Collaborate with local managers to open new distribution points and leverage assets to stay top of mind.
- Ensure attention to detail in execution, share ideas, and provide local insights and trends to the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Be approachable, personable, and skilled at building relationships.
- Enjoy a balanced lifestyle – working hard and playing hard.
- Be flexible to manage part-time work alongside studies, with availability in evenings and weekends.
- Be passionate about the product and industry.
- Eager to learn skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in teams.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Be proficient in English, both written and verbal.
