Overview

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities. You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and profitability of your store and a highly experienced retail professional, accountable for your store's inventory processes and financial management activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities (reporting to the Store Manager).
  • Lead delivery of exceptional customer service and store profitability.
  • Oversee store inventory processes and financial management activities.
  • Proactively drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a one-team culture that prioritises health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
