In this role, you'll play a critical part in establishing structure, capturing key procedures, and ensuring that what's said is accurately documented and transformed into meaningful action.

You'll deep-dive into projects to ask the right questions, uncover what's truly needed (and why), and connect the dots between business goals and technical execution — helping drive smarter, more aligned decision-making across the board.

Your role with us:

Your role with us will be to serve as the crucial link between our business teams and IT — ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with our strategic objectives.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, perform deep process analysis, and translate business needs into clear documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and Confluence pages for the wider project team.

Your work will help streamline communication, reduce ambiguity, and ensure technical delivery is guided by well-defined, traceable requirements. You'll be joining our high-performing project team and reporting directly to the IT Project Manager.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with project teams and various stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
Assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through various technologies.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
Assist in developing process flows to visualise solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive business and functional requirement documents.
Document findings, project updates, and key insights in Confluence for cross-team visibility.
Ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards and internal best practices.
Ensure IT solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Support the project team so they can deliver projects on time.
Discuss with the senior project manager to help identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure documentation is maintained and updated according to best practices.

What you'll bring:

Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business process modelling and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Be able to handle multiple projects at once.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong grasp of technical concepts and their business implications
A hands-on, proactive approach to driving results through stakeholder collaboration, requirements analysis, and strategic problem-solving.

Bonus points if you also have:

BABOK (or equivalent industry knowledge is advantageous)
Sports & Gambling industry knowledge is advantageous
Cryptocurrency industry knowledge would be advantageous
Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira
