This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring our subcontractor delivery partners operate to the highest standards of compliance, safety, and regulatory integrity.**Why You'll Love This Role*** Be the **go-to expert** for subcontractor compliance and auditing.* Make a real impact by strengthening **safety, quality, and operational performance** across the network.* Work with a passionate and collaborative team that values **integrity and continuous improvement**.* Enjoy a role that offers **variety** – from planning audits, conducting reviews, meeting with subcontractors, and collaborating with operations, safety, and legal teams.**What You'll Do*** Plan, coordinate, and conduct comprehensive audits of subcontractor delivery partners.* Verify compliance with NHVR regulations, Chain of Responsibility (COR), fatigue management, vehicle standards, and workplace health and safety requirements (including Modern Slavery obligations).* Develop audit tools, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.* Manage subcontractor pre-qualification and ongoing compliance, ensuring insurance, licenses, and certifications are always up to date.* Support investigations into incidents and compliance breaches, providing insights and practical recommendations.* Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Safety, Legal) to ensure consistent compliance standards.* Maintain accurate records, reporting, and audit trails in line with company requirements.**What You'll Bring*** 3–5 years' experience in transport compliance, auditing, or risk management.* Strong knowledge of NHVR regulations, HVNL, and Chain of Responsibility obligations.* Proven experience conducting audits and writing clear, actionable reports.* High level of attention to detail, integrity, and objectivity.* Excellent stakeholder communication skills – able to explain complex compliance issues to drivers, managers, and senior leaders.* Proficiency with compliance management software and audit tools (preferred).* Current Australian driver's license and willingness to travel regionally when required.* Be part of a company committed to **safety, compliance, and operational excellence**.* Work in a supportive environment that values **professional growth and continuous improvement**.* Enjoy a role that offers **real responsibility, variety, and impact**.**Location:** Karawatha, QLD **Hours:** Full-time, Monday–Friday**Apply now** and help us set the standard for compliance and safety in Australia's transport network**About Team Global Express**Team Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
