We are currently seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to join our team based in Lismore, NSW. Ideally, this role would be suited to candidates with exposure across asphalt, spray sealing or civil construction environments. This is a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of our operations and work within a driven and enthusiastic team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to a similar role in civil construction or an asphalt environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and monitor projects against time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
  • An understanding of planning, execution and reporting of projects.
  • An understanding of project management as well as engineering principles and construction methods.
  • Have a willingness and enthusiasm to learn all aspects of our operations.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero Harm environment.
