The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Lead who can think big and execute brilliantly. You'll own our national marketing strategy – from generating leads and creating high-impact content, to enabling our sales team with the tools they need to win.

Using HubSpot as your primary platform, you'll run integrated campaigns, craft thought leadership content, and keep our brand sharp, visible, and relevant. This is a role for someone who can roll up their sleeves while steering the bigger picture.

The Role

● Design and deliver B2B lead generation campaigns

● Create engaging content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and more

● Elevate our LinkedIn and digital presence

● Develop client onboarding, newsletters, and retention strategies

● Manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM for measurable results

● Produce sales collateral that wins deals

● Drive marketing for events, webinars, and partnerships

Skills and Experience We Value

● Proven B2B marketing experience (health, professional services, or SaaS a plus)

● HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn marketing expertise

● Strong copywriting and content creation skills

● A data-driven mindset with campaign analytics experience

● Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
