Bring your exceptional administration skills and positive, can-do attitude and we will put them to good use As Operations and Franchise Coordinator you will assist field operations, franchises and head office with support work to ensure things run seamlessly.

  • Full Time, permanent role to be based at either Brisbane Airport or Mascot, Sydney

  • Opportunity to work from home 2 days per week (once trained)

The Role

In this busy but varied role you will be the go-to person as integral support, providing and completing general administration duties and daily activities that would include:

  • Prepare, issue, record, and file documentation.

  • Maintain spreadsheets/registers for analysing and tracking.

  • System administration – processing requests for sign-on and access to multiple systems.

  • Monthly reporting

  • Coding and processing invoices and expenses in Oracle Fusion and creating purchase orders.

  • Tracking, collating Agreements and distribution thereof

  • General admin and ad hoc requests that support Franchise, Operations and Head Office administration

  • Direct support to our Franchise Relationship Managers

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

  • Conference and event Coordination

  • Acting as a support person for our national Franchisee network.

  • Assisting with both Operations and Franchise projects

  • Organisation of multiple support inboxes

  • Production of quarterly franchise newsletter

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in an administration or accounts role, with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) will be required. Experience using Sharepoint / Wordpress will be advantageous, but ability to learn and pick up new systems and processes will be needed as training can be provided. Background in policy /procedure writing as well as an understanding of the Australian Franchise code of conduct will come in handy but is not essential.

Further to the above you will be highly adaptable as things change quickly, you need to be able to multi-task, prioritise, and take initiative. You will need to be able to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail to be successful in this role.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will help you to build relationships at all levels within the business which will see you thrive in this position.
