Case Manager - Allied Health (Early Psychosis) at Metro South Health. This role contributes to recovery-focused, person-centred care for young people aged 16–25 experiencing first-episode psychosis.
Responsibilities- Providing assessment, intervention, and education to young people aged 16–25 experiencing first-episode psychosis.
- Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and family engagement.
- Managing an appropriate caseload while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Contributing to quality improvement, research, and the clinical education of students.
- Demonstrating your ability to deliver evidence-based and recovery-oriented care.
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Developing your expertise through active learning, supervision, and professional development.
- Supporting service improvement initiatives and contributing to student education.
