Recruitment Consultant | Specialising in Professional Services

We have partnered with a fast-growing telecommunications provider redefining how modern businesses connect. With a focus on IT, security, cloud, and voice/data solutions, they are seeking for a Presales Manager to join their high-performing, collaborative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in technical consulting, enjoys solving complex customer challenges, and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and deliver tailored IT, security (Sophos), and network solutions (SD-WAN, MPLS, VoIP, Hosted PBX, Cloud).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to scope client needs, particularly in cybersecurity.
  • Lead proposal creation, client presentations, demos, and technical responses to bids/tenders.
  • Train internal sales teams on products and emerging trends in security and connectivity.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in a presale, solution architecture, or technical consulting role within ICT, ISP, or MSP environments.
  • Expertise in IT security particularly Sophos along with LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication skills able to simplify complex tech for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical proposal writing, network diagrams, and presales tools/CRMs.
  • Commercial mindset and customer-first attitude.

Bonus if you have:

  • Certifications (e.g. CCNP, NSE, Sophos).
  • Exposure to SIP, hosted voice, or mentoring team members.
