The Opportunity:

Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Support Worker located in the Woodcroft area to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

  1. Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  2. Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  3. Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  4. Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  5. Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

To be successful in this role you will have:

  1. A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability
  2. At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  3. NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
  4. Clear English verbal and written skills required.
