A leading multi channel & category global FMCG business is on the lookout for a National Account Manager – eCommerce to drive their online retail strategy across Amazon, Marketplace platforms, Chemist Warehouse (via Omnivore), and owned Shopify channels.
This is a high-profile growth role with a clear mandate: optimise Amazon performance (currently ~75% of $6M turnover) while unlocking untapped potential across other platforms.
Responsibilities- Own and manage key eCommerce accounts end-to-end, with full commercial accountability
- Lead commercial strategy, promotional planning, and execution across online platforms
- Optimise Amazon performance while building scale across Marketplace and Shopify
- Partner cross-functionally to embed fresh thinking and uplift digital capability
- Build strong customer relationships to deliver against ambitious growth plans
- FMCG or consumer background, with a proven Amazon track record
- Experience across Chemist Warehouse via Omnivore, Marketplace platforms, and Shopify
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand category levers, promo planning, and the digital shelf
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset: comfortable building and executing growth plans
- Entrepreneurial drive with the confidence to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas
- Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that values autonomy and innovation
- Take ownership of a channel with clear growth potential and investment backing
- Work alongside leaders committed to building best-in-class eCommerce capability
