Business Unit Overview: Our Business & Wholesale unit supports the delivery of business opportunities and customer engagement, assisting Sales and Customer Connections teams through opportunities, quotes, and sales processes across the product portfolio.
Role Purpose: Superloop seeks a highly qualified GTM Manager to join the Business & Wholesale team. From day one, this individual will lead marketing programs and support the development of initiatives aligned with company objectives across the Corporate (Medium to Large), Wholesale, and Smart Communities segments. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B experience across marketing functions including digital, content, and lead generation; experience in product development/management, commercial pricing, and value proposition creation; and will drive the Channel Program and quarterly promotions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead GTM programs and initiatives to orchestrate motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training and enablement, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Connectivity, SD-WAN and SASE, Voice and Mobile.
- Leverage domain expertise to create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy for indirect and direct channels by communicating campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and promotional instructions to the sales team.
- Own reporting and planning cadences to B&W Leadership on GTM plan execution within allocated domain and programs.
- Build, manage, and grow the marketing demand, customer lifecycle and retention activity plan, setting and attaining B&W goals with the team.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions addressing customer needs to accelerate adoption through well-developed sales engagements and GTM strategy.
- Lead demand generation plans for medium and large corporate to maximise return through events, performance marketing and digital sources; drive event strategy with Marketing for execution.
- Test and refine the demand generation plan and report on event success against metrics, adjusting future events as needed.
- Ensure GTM program efforts align with immediate and long-term business goals; identify and execute improvements in processes, packaging, and positioning of products and lead generation.
- Support development of internal tools and processes, including lead processing, reporting and tracking capability.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop content (blogs, case studies) appropriate for the segment and on-brand.
- Conduct market research to analyse trends, purchasing behaviour, and competitive landscape; develop segmentation strategies across customer cohorts.
- Support Head of Business & Wholesale GTM in evaluating and establishing the GTM plan by assembling sales forecasts, objectives, promotional calendars, and calendars.
- 10+ years of GTM, Product Marketing, Sales, or related consulting experience
- Strong skills in offer development, customer value development and solution messaging
- Knowledge and experience in telecommunications, energy or IT industries
- Experience in B2B across Sales, Product Development, Channel Management & Enablement or Content Marketing
- Awareness of internet, voice and services for businesses of various sizes
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and digital lead generation
- Understanding of the Business and/or Wholesale segment
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with budgets and forecasting
- Experience in Telco, Cyber Security or complex Enterprise B2B solutions is favorable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Engineering and/or MBA
