Overview

Australian Catholic University (ACU) invites applications for the role of Associate Director, Workforce Systems, Reporting and Payroll. Location: Campus located in Brisbane, Australia. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Associate Director will lead Workforce Systems, Reporting and Payroll, overseeing HR systems, payroll, reporting and the delivery of a new HRIS. This role drives the strategic direction, operational delivery and continuous improvement of the function to support a contemporary, compliant university environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Workforce Systems, Reporting and Payroll, ensuring end-to-end delivery of systems, payroll and superannuation.
  • Oversee HR systems, payroll, reporting, and the delivery of a new HRIS.
  • Partner with People and Capability, other central service functions and the academic community to drive transformation and improved performance.
  • Operationalise people strategies through process optimisation, digitalisation and business enablement.
Qualifications
  • Experience in operationalising people strategies in a large, complex and preferably regulated organisation.
  • Inclusive leadership skills with a collaborative, mission-led approach.
