Associate Director Workforce Systems

We are seeking a skilled Associate Director to lead our Workforce Systems function.

This role oversees HR systems, payroll, reporting and the delivery of a new HRIS, driving strategic direction, operational delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies ensuring end-to-end delivery of systems, payroll and superannuation.
  • Partner with People and Capability teams to drive transformation and improved performance.
  • Operationalise people strategies through process optimisation, digitalisation and business enablement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader with experience in operationalising people strategies in a large, complex organisation. The successful candidate will have inclusive leadership skills and a mission-led approach.
