Our personal injuries team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Ipswich Personal Injuries team as a Legal Assistant on a full-time contract basis.

Overview

The successful candidate will be willing to grow and develop in a busy role, using strong client service skills to support clients and maintain frequent contact with them.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Diary management
  • File management
  • Preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
Qualifications
  • Law student, experienced Legal Assistant, or strong administrator looking for a new opportunity
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
