Our personal injuries team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Ipswich Personal Injuries team as a Legal Assistant on a full-time contract basis.
OverviewThe successful candidate will be willing to grow and develop in a busy role, using strong client service skills to support clients and maintain frequent contact with them.
Responsibilities- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Diary management
- File management
- Preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Law student, experienced Legal Assistant, or strong administrator looking for a new opportunity
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ongoing coaching and career development opportunities
- End of Year leave: 1 day in year 1, 4 days after 2 years
