We're Growing Join the Zeal Digital Team as a PPC & Social Media Manager

We need someone who knows Google Ads inside and out—and understands how to make paid social work without wasting budget. You'll be trusted to run campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. TikTok? Not our scene.

You'll join a small but highly experienced PPC team, managing a portfolio of clients across Google Ads and paid social (Meta and LinkedIn). You'll have the autonomy to run things your way, with the support of a team that's big on shared growth, open ideas, and zero egos.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build, run, and optimise paid search campaigns across Google's entire network (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Remarketing)
• Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn (strategy, audiences, copy, A/B testing)
• Own campaigns end-to-end: keyword research and audience segmentation, to budgets, bidding, ad copy, A/B testing, and trend monitoring
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and eCommerce platforms like Shopify
• Report results to clients via phone, email, and the occasional face-to-face
• Work with our SEO, dev, and design teams as needed (we value collaboration, not egos)
• Spot problems early, fix what's broken, and learn as you go
• Have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & paid social (Meta and LinkedIn), either agency-side or in-house
• Can handle client questions without spiralling
• Know how to follow SOPs, and when to challenge, tweak, or improve them
• Are proactive, curious, and good at pushing ideas forward without drama
• Are someone who can laugh at themselves, learn from others, and walk into a room without acting like you invented PPC.
