Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support and deliver national marketing initiatives.

This role will play a pivotal part in the success of our organisation, by effectively coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with a high level of proficiency in social media management, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable, as is 2+ years experience in a similar marketing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media and product promotions.
  • Support product launches and promotional activities aligned with sales goals.
  • Maintain and update the company website and Shopify eCommerce store.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and eCommerce KPIs.
  • Organise trade shows, conferences, and internal events.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, designers, and agencies.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator.
  • Proficient with social media management, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
