Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Leading the team in leasing and marketing processes and mentoring team members in best practices
  • Achieving or exceeding budgeted occupancy levels
  • Planning and managing resources to deliver high-quality customer service and operations
  • Overseeing on-site training for new customer service team members
  • Performing general maintenance tasks as required
  • Obtaining quotations and preparing reports
