We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.

This position will be starting in a Casual capacity, up to 38 hours per week with the possibility of becoming permanent. Majority of work is located within the North / North Eastern suburbs.

**About Us**:
The beauty of working with us,is the jobs we are contracted for, vary quite broadly. from shed installs, landscaping, house renovations/maintenance, retaining walls,and more.

**The Role**:
As the newest member of this small team, you will need to follow suit and focus your time on creating the highest quality of manufacturing work and on site installations, at all times.

You will be trained and mentored by the business owner.

This role requires a reliable,driven,switched on and confident individual who is keen to be part of a hard working team.
- Being punctual, honest and reliable (this is a not negotiable - must possess these qualities)
- Reliable motor vehicle and current drivers licence
- Knowledge and use of tools,machinery and equipment effectively
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate work priorities
- Be respectful not only to the business owner, but to other co-workers and to clients
- Proficient with time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to use your initiative, problem solve, work under pressure and handle conflict appropriately
- Clear and open communication skills (written and verbal)
- Desire to learn and take on challenges
- Strong team focus
- Wanting a career, not a stepping stone
- Display a proactive approach at all times
- Contribute at team meetings
