Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Manager with expertise in labor law, payroll management, and employee relations to support the delivery of our business strategy as a key member of the global HR team.
This role will provide professional support to employees and the leadership team in workforce planning, country HR support, employee communication, and employee relations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operational management of Human Resources in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business departments to identify HR service needs based on workforce planning, business requirements, and employee needs.
- Support the management of employee relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Evaluate and ensure all policies and procedures align with company HR policies, labor laws, and local regulations.
- Engage with regional HR teams to execute HR-related projects and collaborate on global working structures.
- Manage local payroll and budget.
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute interactions with local works counsel and manage external legal HR counseling.
- Recruit and manage local employees.
- Maintain regular communication with the Global HR Team and CHRO.
- University degree in HR Management or labor law is preferred.
- Industry background is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- At least six years of HR manager or HRBP experience in an international environment.
- Process-oriented and detail-focused professional leader with strong business and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with the latest labor laws and relevant government regulations.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with NAV.
- Well-organized, hands-on, and strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
