Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Support Officer, based in Prospect, SA. The Sales Support Officer will assist in daily sales operations, manage customer service interactions, handle communication with clients, provide analytical support for sales data, and ensure smooth sales processes. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team and other departments to enhance business efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and generate insightful reports
  • Proficient in Sales Operations, including managing sales processes and support functions
  • Basic understanding of Sales principles to support the sales team
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools
  • Previous experience in the building or real estate industry is a plus
