B&E Foods is a family-owned business, from a small chicken shop in Canley Vale to one of the biggest food service distributors in Australia.  With an extensive range of fresh meat, chicken, seafood, fruit and vegetables nationally.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative Office Assistant to support our on-road sales team and provide outstanding customer service. In this role, you will handle order placements, customer deliveries, product and pricing inquiries, as well as assist with sales growth initiatives. You will also work closely with the warehouse team on administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:Assist on-road sales representatives with customer inquiries, order placements, deliveries, and pricing.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring excellent service and timely resolutions.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to lost and potential new customers to drive business growth.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to promote new and existing products to customers.
  • Complaint Management: Address customer concerns professionally and work towards effective solutions.
  • Office & Warehouse Assistance: Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks as required.

About You

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (preferred) to communicate with our diverse customer base.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in using computers and order management systems.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
