Responsibilities
  • Provide a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claims
  • Confidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaints
  • Learn a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field
  • Use your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.
Qualifications
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Positive attitude partnered with resilience.
  • Exceptional communication skills on all levels, and a great team player
  • Ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks
  • Ability to approach problems calmly and methodically, involving others where appropriate
  • Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
