Responsibilities- Provide a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claims
- Confidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaints
- Learn a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field
- Use your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Positive attitude partnered with resilience.
- Exceptional communication skills on all levels, and a great team player
- Ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks
- Ability to approach problems calmly and methodically, involving others where appropriate
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
