About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Delivery Manager Property to work within our Assets & Property. In this role, you'll use strong project management skills to coordinate key deliverables with Program Leads, driving more efficient and effective ways of working. Success relies on your ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects that require collaboration across the organisation. As Delivery Manager – Property, you'll be responsible for engaging stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Your Key Focus
  • Oversee the opening and closing of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and other property projects, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and governance to keep work on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams, making sure roles and responsibilities are clear.
  • Build strong stakeholder and vendor relationships, keeping them updated on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Support business cases, track benefits, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
What We Look For
  • Proven experience leading organisation-wide projects, including managing external vendors.
  • Background in building projects (fit-outs, refurbishments, or decommissioning) preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence and present information clearly.
  • Skilled in project management tools and Microsoft Office; able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
