We're a team of high-performing professionals obsessed with innovation and excellence in construction. Our work spans the commercial, education, industrial, and residential sectors.

We are looking for a proactive and driven Quality Coordinator to focus on maintaining quality and compliance across our full project portfolio in Melbourne. You will ensure that our Quality processes and systems are consistently implemented, as well as ensuring quality outcomes onsite. This role will contribute to the success of key projects and delivering great outcomes to customers.

What you will do:

  4. Ensure all required documentation is maintained in line with our QMS.
  5. Review subcontractor quality documentation and their conformance to Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
  6. Produce monthly quality reports for management.
  7. Provide training to staff and subcontractors regarding quality processes and standards.
  8. Assist junior members to learn and grow their understanding of building quality outcomes.
  9. Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout our company.
  10. Collaborate with internal departments to maintain the most efficient and streamlined processes.

About you:

  1. A passion for the Construction industry and delivering a high-quality outcome.
  2. 5+ years' experience in a similar quality role on construction projects, or a closely related field.
  3. Thorough working knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 9001 standard and other relevant legislation.
  4. Be agile with Digital platforms, Microsoft O365, and ITP Management Systems.
  5. Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration, and task management skills.

How you'll benefit:

  1. 5-day work week (exception of Site Managers/Supervisors who work 10 days in 14, with every other Saturday off).
  2. Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industry.
  3. Free health assessments for all staff.
  4. Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
  5. Fast-tracked career development opportunities and support our staff through mentoring, workshops, and retreats.
  6. Industry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learnt, and other resources.
