The Quality & Risk Coordinator leads and coordinates NDCH's continuous quality improvement, risk management, and accreditation activities. This role ensures effective systems and practices are in place to deliver safe, high-quality care and enhance organisational performance. The coordinator collaborates closely with staff, executives, and external partners to foster a strong culture of quality, compliance, governance, and client safety across all NDCH services. Through driving improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, this position plays a vital role in promoting excellence, accountability, and safety within the organisation.
