Overview

Join to apply for the Project Manager - Medium Rise Residential role at Design Build. Design and Build Recruitment is working with a seasoned builder-developer on a new multistorey residential project in South Brisbane.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a multistorey residential project valued over $100M.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity.
  • Drive effective communication between all project participants.
About You
  • Experienced Project Manager in the construction sector
  • Strong track record delivering projects end-to-end
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes
  • Commercially astute with excellent planning and delivery skills
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to South Brisbane
