Responsibilities:

• Be the "face" of Cars24 to our customers when customers book a test drive at site
• Go above and beyond to delight and amaze our customers, with a warm attitude, exceptional communication skills and a highly professional demeanor - so much so that they would want to tell their friends all about their experience with Cars24
• Be able to build trust with your customers by being timely, reliable and communicative - no problem is too hard for you
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right cars are ready for inspection, and delivered on the right delivery vehicle and route, to the right person on file, with the right specifications
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team on administrative tasks and ensure all paperwork required at the point of handover is completed smoothly, with minimal hassle
• Be willing to learn how to assess a car for delivery or pick-up; we will provide training and operating protocols to guide you
• Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in our new business - we're writing the playbook as we go
• Customer satisfaction metrics will be your performance indicator
• Conduct test drives with customers, and be a great listener, ask the right questions and close the sale
  
  

Requirements

• Sales Experience: Previous face-to-face sales experience is a must, but don't worry - we'll provide industry-specific training to set you up for success
• Flexibility: Ready to work weekends on a rotating roster and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with Google Docs, Hubspot, and CRM tools is a bonus, but not essential
• Customer Champion: You're passionate about putting customers first and won't settle for less than 100% satisfaction. You'll be the voice of the customer in our organisation
• Team Player: Thrive in a dynamic team setting and are excited to help shape the future of car sales in Australia
• Start-Up Spirit: You're ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of start-up life, taking on a variety of tasks and helping us grow
