What You'll Be Doing
  • Engage customers and introduce them to BYD's exciting range
  • Conduct test drives and guide customers through a seamless purchase journey
  • Follow up leads, handle enquiries, and build strong customer relationships
  • Deliver expert product insights
  • Support digital and in-store promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Keep up to date with the latest in trends and new product releases

What We're Looking For
  • You're enthusiastic, driven, and excited about the future of BYD
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with digital tools and lead management platforms
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive not essential)
  • Valid QLD driver's licence required
