Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a Site Supervisor for a high-rise residential project. As a Site Supervisor, you will partner with the Project Manager and Site Manager to manage site activities.
- Coordinate on site construction activity including sub-contractors, labour, and delivery of materials
- Oversee the standard and progress of subcontractors' work
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
A Day in the Life: Ensure adherence to quality policies and compliance with management systems. Manage site issues and subcontractors according to industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- A strong understanding of construction processes and protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
