Overview

Join to apply for the Physiotherapist role at Better Rehab.

Joining our Wollongong team, you'll experience a generalist caseload supporting participants with a variety of disabilities with a focus on neurological, progressive neurological and physical disabilities. You will gain experience in complex assistive technology scripting, community respiratory supports and generalised capacity building supports for people living with a disability.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach.
  • Build enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Celebrate every milestone with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing.
About You

We're after Physios who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. You should have a fire in your belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form. You should have the courage to challenge ideas when participants' interests are at stake.

  • Full AHPRA registration
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • 3+ years of post-graduate experience
